look it's rather simple.
here's the question, if your on HC and whining about the board will you be.....
1. attending the AGM and standing up and stating your case
or
2. not doing that because you are actually not a shareholder.
I'll be there with a dear friend who has recently become a significant share holder. Looking forward to the meeting.
