IMO outlook for the short-term (6 months) is negative. I'm basing this on their poor track record and the fact the business still runs in the red (waiting for the next excuse when they haven't hit their targets this quarter).
Company can't even get their annual report in on time so it shows they're still immature.
If TEE can make a handful of acquisitions to broaden their revenue streams my outlook changes to positive. The company will continue to go backwards until this happens - in its current form TEE will struggle to break even (as it always has).
