not at all. I was holding rle not long ago. and have been watching since. seen it run up past 10c a few times. and drift back to these levels and I'm only wondering why its not holding strong at 10c. I am not down ramping at all. only trying to make sense of it. I did read the last announcement. it said the well is being dewatered. as in not yet dewatered. how is this down ramping?
