To be honest I have spoken with ML and asked him about what he thinks re minimum Takeover - His attitude was basically telling me that it wont sell for under $1.00 - the resource is worth mountains more so why would it go cheap in a bull market.
Even at $2.00 the buy is laughing all the way to the bank for the next 10+ years = BUY and HOLD
