CMOC and ShanShan already have an established agreement and jv fund to secure cobalt and lithium.
Their A game may not be enough to overcome CATL +Huayou Cobalt.?
IMO 50c offer will not represent an A game offer.
AVZ have to be a holder to participate, especially if a trading halt occurs.
