I couldn't care less what happens really. Everyone will make up their own minds as they should. I, like others who use this Board, do so to post my opinions, feelings and information as I understand it at the time. So do you.

I don't think you are in any position to judge what is in my mind - you aren't in it and you probably are most unlikely to ever be privy to it. I also clearly don't share the same decision criteria as you. Well that's fine as well.

This is not vitriol. Zandra asked me why I seemed to have changed my view and I provided one tiny slice of the reasons. Maybe I will just dribble out more of them as the week goes by. I will see how I feel.

In case you wonder Nick Clark rang us and emailed us a few times in the last month. We know some of what he is doing with his life, who is the executor of his will (assuming he told us the truth) and that he is feeling good about events of July. If there any point posting any of that I would do so - but as someone else suggested there is no value in reposting an email, so I wont. As Pinto has said its hard not to like Nick. However it appears that unlike some I am able to look at what I know of a situation and assess available data and separate that out from any relationship I have. I will also change my mind when new data presents itself. so if you have data that tells me what I know is wrong then feel free to present it. However don't bother trying to continue with your assessment of my state of mind - it has no impact on me.

I understand that I was among those who heaped it on to those who didn't like what they believed to be the situation. I also understand that Canonman gave me grief a while ago and probably will again, though if I recall rightly he was the one who was then telling us that things were wrong. I wonder what he thinks is right now.

On the surface we are facing a few things that aren't right:

• we seem only to have textiles/bedding customers despite all last year's announcements
• we have been told that the reason for stagnant revenue growth is the shift from low margin to high margin business and we have no real idea how much more of such low margin business is left to be eased out of
• We had directors who felt Ok about paying themselves a substantial portion of last years revenue without apparent regard to the problems and the business implications
• we have accumulated losses of $60 million
• we had an auditors report that raises question marks over "a going concern"
• we are still waiting for a decision on the military. Yes I know the business has explained it and I too have posted with excuses in previous posts but the business should not have been announcing as if it were a done deal, in the same way as other "done deals were announced and are still to appear.
• We've been waiting for the right moment to list on NASDAQ or NYSE for so long that its laughable in much the same way as we seem to be struggling to find an Australian Director (9 months to date - and that is an ASX requirement)

The share price isn't where it is now because of something I post on hotcopper. Give me a break. What I say really doesn't matter does it - so why get so upset about it? Why feel the need to "protect your investment" I don't think I make a jot of difference to people's assessment and I would have thought that anyone suggesting that I shut up or constrain myself because of the impact on the share price is ascribing me something that makes no sense.

So you can believe what you like. I assure you however that doesn't necessarily make it accurate.
