Yes you are correct it was called a share placement but it operates like a convertible note as the issue price is not fixed until the month the funds are issued. Maybe I should have said their source of funds.

And the recent acquisition is yet to be completed and when we actually get some detailed data on the acquisition we will be able to make and assessment about this acquisition. And at this stage it does not pass the sniff test. And the sniff test is the one that detects BS.
