So you are misleading investors by stating SmartTRANS has a loan when in fact that is not the case and you use a sniff test when analysing companies, thinking you are better than Morning Star.
If you are to build credibility, maybe consider extending your analytical approach to include a what-if analysis rather than a sniff test.
