Ados, I think it’s good to understand the boxes that are ticked by the board. I don’t know about your understanding of how the company has been doing, but this company hasn’t been doing too well, with its current leadership, and if new board members are coming in and a new CEO I would like to know that these people who are coming in are coming in for their credentials and not just because they are mates with Geoff(as an example). So sorry, I don’t agree with you.
Also In my opinion, AS and JH have made some huge desicions to save this company from complete collapse, so I’m a little confused as to why you wouldn’t rate them. Geoff left this company in a state of a complete disaster, and it spiralled out of control largely from his doing. I’m sure Geoff still has something to offer the company, but considering his track record of delivering results, I would like to see him as far away from the deal making as possible.
