AD18, Altiums flagship product went into Open Beta late last week, due for release before the year end, it
is a huge step forward for the product, mostly because it is now 64b code base.
Altium hosted a new summit recently in San Diego and more recently Munich, the response could not of been better (google can find links to reports and videos). This places Altium on a world stage now in the PCB designer industry and is yet another part of becoming world number one, in sales (they already have it in seats I believe) of PCB design tools.
They are fast becoming the MS Office of the PCB tool segment. And seem to be accelerating on many fronts. The AGM is tomorrow in Sydney, some more news should follow from that I believe.
