I don't think the SPP has been sent out as yet. I checked the mail the other day and I had only received the notice of general meeting. In addition they would need to announce it to the ASX and they are yet to do this. Who knows they could be waiting to announce something to the market before they undertake the SPP. I think they will want to get something positive into the market before the AGM as most holders are unlikely to be happy with the capital raise to sophisticated investors. In the initial capital raise announcement I think it was mentioned that management is looking forward to making further announcements in the coming quarter. I don't know whether that is the December Quarter this year or the March quarter next year. Time will tell.
