I've been using MAUS Stockmarket + for years, good little database that can do it all. Considering I have multiple accounts (shares, margin, forex) and a full fee broker - I like keeping track in a single program. Requires a bit of work, but if you do your data entry at the end of every day, you'll keep on top of it.
