don't be surprised to see a better offer from nab or another one of the banks. rams is too good to pass up at this price.

my average price is about 72 so i'm not concerned if it drifts down to about 50, i don't think it will though, should hover around these levels. won't go below 40 cash backing.

just going to sit and wait.
