IMO they are taking over your business.
TZL will read FSM - First Samuel a FUM company, by end of 2018. QVT could be a part of it.
And I bet a certain chairman is sticking around to collect big money when it does. Some of the new board with money experience will stay and the CFO, but the rest will be gone.
