That's true but if I was the ASX why would I admit FAS again. Management failed to meet the listing rules. The only way I can see them relisting is if the management change or if they list on another exchange. perhaps the nsx or overseas?? Both chances are unlikely. Personally i would rather the company was wound up, realize the losses and move on.
