First up, great news today ! Re: increasing shareholder value
I have always thought that given ADY had close to a billion shares and product diversification protected ADY to some extent of a takeover.
Now that consolidation will eventually result in 280million shares on issue in each company, I am not so sure.
IMO it will be very vulnerable to any predator company. Holding long term anyway... see what happens...
