This is the DRC.
It’s not lithium it’s cobalt but it provides further insight into the DRC. Many areas are located in extremely remote locations and it brings challenges. Investors may talk about infrastructure and how it’s all fine and how the Chinese are going in there etc etc etc but it isn’t all fine.
I have held other ASX plays in the Congo before and there have been issues. It’s not to be compared with Australia.
This doesn’t mean there is not big value and profits to be had with plays in the DRC it just shows potential risks.
Very large scale operations would take years of work to get off the ground in the DRC.
