An excerpt from the recent business update "Recent lead performance issues have impacted call centre efficiency and conversion rates". Hmmmm.....what happened ? What actually is really going on is information you will get by talking with management. Presumably Steve has and he's doubled down instead of selling out. That is a positive sign.
