lol...I thought $8m was a little cheap.

Have not slept in two days..., I supect it will be one of those days for me?

I was trying to get my head around the likely maths of a very cheap entry at this stage...seems I do not need to now.

So we are closer to US$20m now, which is far more like it...and looking at a potential "second half" to the deal of some $60m via full share allocation...or an end result of some $80m in cash/scrip payment, at an average of some.

To end up with 33% of the new expanded capital, we are looking at about 200m shares out of a fully diluted register approaching 600m shares.

Say 100m at current prices..and the remaining 100m at 60c ish....for a final average acquisition price near 45c.

Not a stock for trading now...not for a few months at least.
