Look at worst case here, dilution but at least it may cash us up for 2018 which has been one of the primary reasons the share price has struggled in the last month since the quarterly in my opinion. With new cash comes new PI's happy their money can go up over 12 months. We still have the curious wording in the TH Ann so it may be a massive nice surprise for us holders. I find CR effects people's greed more than a company as people can see 10 baggers slipping away rather than accepting a nice double in profits.
