if anyone thinks there will be a gold mine out here 50ks from Karratha in a couple of years I reckon u will be sadly mistaken..the ground out there is very complex..
maybe all those Geo's in Perth who continually knock the conglomerates that bear gold should do what some of the smart geo's and MD's are doing--go bush young fella and maybe just maybe u will pick up on something--but don't sit there with shit on your lips and bludgeon the crap out of certain people and companies trying to understand what is going on..the conglomerate look like basalt to me so u r lucky I'm not a geo.

I have been prospecting the area up here for the past 18 years with some good fellas who aren't rock bashers but are gold pickers and yes we all use the Minelab gpz 7000 in conjunction with the Minelab sdc2300. so if u want to head north then I have given u a few ideas on what sort of instrument to use in building your own knowledge base..

I just wonder why DL doesn't have a phone number ---maybe secret squirrel business and only gives it to his mates down at the Cottesloe hotel--maybe he will read this--I will make u an offer of 60/40 for your alluvials --maybe take that back to a board meeting and see who gets off on it..the majority of gold from the Mt Sholl area has been all nuggets---yep washed into a creek from elsewere..yet from that bullshit name u gave the hill which used to hold the queens reef.

another point of concern is that artemis have been doing a lot of drilling out at the old workings at Carlow castle-no mention of Asbestos in any reports...maybe were they drilled there wasn't any--well done

another point of contention is that the 50k area has always produced gold for the humble prospector yet the area to the west over the Rio railway line hasn't produced jack. this would be a concern. Maybe the conglomerates have seen the light and done a major dip--hiding all the gold.

as I said at the start--just my point of view and without predudice
