Exactly, I've been thinking about this after speaking to a lot of ppl. About this the last 2 days and the actual Judge agreed....this hasn't been a exercise in protecting shareholders or the market but a waste of time.

I think "someone" at the ASX needs a slap on the wrist.

I'm going to be making a few complaints about this.

The ASX is given dramatic power and protection to do business in Australia. They themselves are a public company. They must provide a efficient marketplace for investors. I think they've fail hear.

I as many of you have probably made a few complaints on different matters over the years...some serious which many investors lost a lot of money. Yet, all we get back is the exact same forum letter which shines us on by saying this matter is very important and we'll look into it asap but, because of many laws...we can't ever tell you if we do anything. (Code for it's going into the bin, because we can't be bothered...much better to just collect fees from companies.)

Well, they seemed to want to act fast on this. Maybe, time for them to feel a bit of pressure. The media might be a good place to start.
