No its nothing untoward.
They have to release an announcement by the start of trading - or go into vol suspension.
The request - stated, "THE COMPLETION" of a capital raising. (in the request for suspension)
They are based in Perth - so they have not finished preparing the release - and I suspect (IMHO) that they will be ready to release the announcement later today.
Nothing to worry about IMHO - other than feeling hacked off that they cant get their act together by the start of trading.
