I am trying to come to some understanding re our deficit and using rose tinted glasses to be optimistic re the future. Basically we have a loss of $1m per month presently. The hope of budget repair rests with our 3d product which sells for $6000. Optimistically the last Q was disappointing because the majority of the 3D units sold were not receipted i.e. we did not receive payment and will do so in the next Q. This is my optimistic explanation. To get $1m extra revenue per month we need to sell 160 3D patches. We are selling into 10 centres in the USA presently or are about to. If each centre were to use 3 patches per week this would equate to 120 patches per month for the USA. Getting close to the 160 figure. I know that to do this we may incur increased costs with on site reps etc but when these highly experienced surgeons are trained in the usage the reps can move on to another location.The big laggard is Europe. We have CC material approval there but not 3D nor Neo approval. The material is the same. My hope is to get our unique 3D and Neo products into 100 world class paediatric hospitals ASAP. Each hospital might contribute $750,000 on an annual basis. It would be good to hear from the company as to their projection for the 3D market. When we get positive news of approval from Europe the SP might even move a little.Up or down.
