It seems the management is still hiding something. I bet more cost over run or schedule problem ahead.
If you missed one milestone, you will miss a bunch. Penalty plus jacked up price from contractors due to the tight labor and equipment market.
Just watch out this.
I would not adding more holding at this level. But just keep it for a while to see how they break the company into three.
