Just reviewed the share options for Management. Essentially circa 75% of the total options on issue will vest if the company hits an annual turnover target of $10 million within the next 3 years. Not a very exciting target for a Company with a current market cap of over $100m and gross margins of c. 40%!
I like the product and Management are impressive (I attended the Techno Conference recently). But I am finding it hard to see a decent value proposition unless revenue levels are forecast to hit $100 million+ given the risk associated.
Thoughts?
