This is not enough to use as a yardstick in valuing the unsold inventory. Has the inventory been
cherry-picked or has the better quality stones been boycotted or lowballed by the cartel?
-a detailed audit of unsold inventory vis-a-vis that sold so that shareholders have an idea of
the fair market value of current inventory.

These answers will:
(a) determine whether we have been duped by MUS
or
(b) whether MUS has been duped by the Cartel & others.

For example if there is 200K carats of reasonable gem quality stones with a fair market value
of say $60/carat, then there is hope for the company

If , on the other hand , there is 375K carats of sandpaper shrapnel , then its lights out for MUS, IMO,
and here comes the Administrator who will reveal all later.

So, IMO, MUS has limited time to inform the market the quantities/quality that it has sold & the quality/quantities of what it holds in unsold inventory and how it intends to remain liquid over the next 8 months (note: the second tender has been deferred from March to mid-year.)

It has to allay scepticism by:
(a) flogging the balance of inventory at a price better than $26/carat on average ($9.75 mil +) before Xmas
(b) Flog the Graphite tenement for more than $10 mil & announce the quality of the 375K carats
inventory#
(c) Call in the Administrator

MUS buffs on these threads have tried to bully realistic posters off these threads just because they did not
see eye to eye on MUS. So now I challenge these bullies to post their post-tender analysis
of MUS and its prospects going forward given that if it does not raise capital or sell property before
Xmas, it will likely be out of lollies. So how about it folks. Have a go?

On a positive note: I believe that MUS should run online rough ruby auctions in small lots so that it denies the Cartel of monopolising the wholesale trade. All that is needed is an online savvy marketing manager
and arms-length quality certification system as I suggested this 6 months ago but as usual , I was shot down by those who purported to know more about MUS & ruby marketing than me, and, in summary, neither these nor CJ for that matter seem now to be far from expert in this area.

# The quality of the 375K inventory will likely determine the long term viability of MUS, IMO.

There is online wholesalers for all gems including rubies and all that would be required is 1 proper grader to sell the stones as individual stones heat treated or not heat treated or as smaller parcels of a number of stones that are of the same grade and physical size as either heat treated or non heat treated. A Heating oven for Gems is not expensive.
