Answer this. Why is it Telstra still don't have broadband connection into every city yet where subscribers have to accept ADSL. They promised me that ADSL self installation kit would take 3 days yet it is now 3 weeks!!
On making an enquiry they said they were still determining whether my phone line was compatible with ADSL technology.
So here we have a multimillion dollar company that can't even satisfy the simplest internet access request and we have Neighbourhood Cable buzzing around the local streets like flys!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Telstra is an inept govt dept that has no consideration for its customers because it is under govt controll and not private. They don't give a stuff and never have.
At this rate a small company such as NCA will be flavour of the market and knocking Telstra left right and centre.
Get on NCA today. Telstra will end up leasing their lines because they are so damn lacking in foresight imho.
