So which is it, the weaker environment now when things are returning to normal, or the weaker environment in February when TSN couldn't afford CXs asking price?

If the former, CX aren't fools they'll ask for a premium today.

And all this for a business that TSN shareholders haven't even been told is profitable or not yet.

The macro story of cash and ATMs India is all well and good, but no point of TSi isn't making money.

Best outcome is for TSN to offload TSi and rebuild the business into whichever direction the wind is blowing tomorrow, lithium, or baby formula..
