According to WB data it takes an average of 367 days in Portugal to get the final court decision from date of application and 180 more daya to enforce it.

During injunction the plaintiff sits down with the judge and presents evidence to convince him that injunction is necessary due to irreversable harm and that plaintiff has probable rights to the asset. The defendant does not even have to be informed by the plaintiff about injunction taking place againt him. So defentant can actually get a surprise injunction order.
