Attitudes adopted by retail share investors are often said to be irrational, and it would not be necessary to look much further than the HC forum for evidence of this. AJX threads in particular seem to excel.
I am often reminded of an episode of Faulty Towers centred around two research psychiatrists. At the conclusion of the episode, one turns to the other and remarks:
“There’s enough material here for a whole conference”.
