LPD issued Long term holders additional shares at the rate of 1:6 (1 share for each 6 you own). Dilution refers to the fact that this meant there was an introduction of an additional 15% of shares to the market, essentially making the company's value split across a greater number of shares, diluting the value of each share.
It's nothing like GXY's consolidation.
