Since 1.5 low, the sp had almost doubled before briefly dropping to 2.3....then up again before this "retrace' to 2.3 again......for the avid chartists out there, is VRC possible forming a 'double bottom's???...and if so, what is the significance, and how does the sp generally move from this charting analysis?
