im not sure who you are (the choice of screen name is extremely questionable and in poor taste) , but there is no possibility of CFDA being announced anytime in the next few days/weeks.
The process takes between 4-6 months. B&P will not have submitted until the purchase of the business had closed; only B&P can make the CFDA application.
CFDA application lodged and acknowledged in july have still not come out the other end of the system.
That doesn't mean an announcement of some sort isn't imminent - but it won't be CFDA.
