Proforma Balance Sheet lodged 13/9/07:

- Net assets $3.9 Million;

- includes Non-current assets of $1.8 million;

Independent Valuation of Company exploration Properties as at 4/8/07 lodged 6/8/07:

Valued properties listed on page 18 between $5.3 and $7.5 Million. This is between $3.5M and $5.7 Million more than the non-current assets detailed in the August Proforma Balance Sheet.

If the adjusted valuation were incorporated into the balance sheet, the net asset values would range between $7.4M and $9.6M. This compares with the current market capitalisation of $67M.
