Saying AVZ has “hurdles” with transport is like saying the monsoon is a little bit damp. They have well over 1000km of this between them and the nearest port:
Get on Google Maps and zoom in as close as you can get on the “highway” near their site. You could hold a swim meet in some of the potholes.
