What interested me about the placement was that it was a bookbuild which was signiifcantly oversubscribed. The pricing was on a bid basis with a clearing price struck based on the bids. That turned out to be $4.70 which was not a signiifcant discount. That sounds to me as though the bigger players in the market like the strategy.
Now we other shareholders are to be offered an SPP at the same price for up to $5k. I'm not sure whether I'll take it up.
