There is so much misinformation here .. it is not funny!
The bulk-sampling is a MINIMUM of 150k tonnes. That is not the issue, it is the "DECISION TO MINE" that triggers the payment! So the company can forestall a decision to mine for another 12 months before needing to make this final payment.
Also Regius now has disddlysquat to do with it (sorry Davisite, I disagree with you). They have fully sold "all rights" to Mustang at the purchase time. The only other party involved is SLR Mining LDA, owned by a local Mozambiquan in accordance with Mozambique mining law.
The $1.5 mill is payed to them, the lease holder. And If MUS doesnt comply and/or decides not to mine within 18 months, the lease goes 100% to them.
This conspiracy theory is just spurious!

I think you need to learn to read or go talk to a lawyer.
"following the successful completion of the bulk sampling program which leads to the decision by the Company to start full-scale mining; and "
I did not embellish or left any words out.
Note the words : completion of the bulk sampling program which leads to the decision by the company to start full-scale mining.
Decision to mine is NOT separate from completion of the bulk sampling - it is linked to it.
That's why I highlighted it.
Interpret it the way you want.
Anyone can interpret it the way they wish, but I agree with what Davisite said regarding this issue.
