    Its a fair and reasonable expectation imo

    I suspect sheer time may have been the issue - but thats not an acceptable reason

    Cant forget brokers knew the raise was coming 2-3 weeks ahead - you can see the capping action in the chart when they hanmered the initial breakout to cap the price for the raise
