qqqq - I will repeat - I have been invested in a company on the ASX that both did a name change and a consolidation - it was a total success - they were trading under 1c and looking in real trouble - they had a heap of shares and they had a name linked to a past they no longer reflected.
Your telling us that EVERY time a company does a name change and consolidation that it is a failure - really?
The numbers will speak for themselves - there will have to be a clean up of the little parcels - the total number of shares available to trade on any given day on the ASX will shrink by 90% - even sellers won't have the same numbers of shares to sell so the volumes will change dramatically - its a bold move shrinking it by that much IMHO.
IF good news is released buyers will be faced with 90% less shares to get hold of..
