I refuse to do that - because if there is a problem and no one does anything about it - the problem just moves somewhere else and gives yet another load of investors the same problem. (I might move the money, but, I will also act when I find problems).

All to do with my interest in Alexium and wanting a clean and tight ship.

It will be done one way or another.

Why?

because the business is a gem --- IMO -- and, I want good governance to go with that - these businesses are quite rare.
