Agreed there were definitely some unfortunate decisions made. But the core issue is really business plan and communication of it to shareholders. Is the whole business plan just in KC's head? I am sure if there is clear strategy and good communication through website KC would have way more peace for actual work than constantly replying to our emails/phone calls when we try to figure out what is actually happening.
