Any major great news would need to be quickly announced. This is a basic obligation for continuous disclosure and to stop any leakage which would happen especially if another company was involved (e.g., a JV).

I do not buy that they are dotting i's etc. For anything significant, they should have an announcement pre-built and only fill in the spaces e.g., grade or company name or price, when they are about to release.
