Let me clarify that, marketing & selling fees of 5% of Gross Sales per woodlot, the harvesting & transport costs are a further $6,070 per woodlot! You would think with the poor survival rates of the trees, and therefore less trees to harvest, that the harvest & transport costs would be much less than what has been quoted!!
