The consolidation cannot and will not affect LYC's solvency, the company will continue and profitably if current re prices remain steady.
You seem to be very confused about the relevance of share price to the ongoing performance of any company. The share price may dip or rise - it doesn't affect the company's operations. The share price is set in the share market, not by the board of directors, and has no bearing on the sources of financing already in place and as LYC is cash flow positive it appears unlikely they will have to raise additional capital.
