ASX think HZR should have perhaps announced to the market that the patent body hit the ball back & HZR have just replied 'no' because this is just part of the game and an ASX annoncement will be made once game is over.
Meanwhile HZR have the opportunity to decide where to hit the ball back again.
HZR will eventually announce how many patent games, sets and matches they won and in which countries.
Hopefully a grand slam - meanwhile it's a non-event as other posters have stated.
