Last time srikandi posted he was closed down . This time hopefully not. There have been grounds available since November 2011 for a class action against all directors since that date and perhaps other related parties in connection with disclosure and other governance issues. Simply anyone who invested money since that time by purchasing shares on market or by entitlement issues has lost their money because they have invested based on misleading representations. The facts speak for themselves.
