Are you suggesting that there is a person shorting the stock @ 1.8c? That would imply that they believe that they intend to buy them back cheaper, however there is strong support at 1.7c and little if any trading done at that level.
Can someone with access to the shorting lists please check to see if there is shorting going one here. I doubt it myself.
