way i see it slv got 14.6M shares in gau @ .27

GAU got 50% of PMV for 17.5M shares, say it was probably worked out @ .27 also way before it was announced probably same time as slv interest.

slv wont overpay and they are bringing a lot to the table with regard project management and sa contacts. looks to me like deal is being done around .27 and then value will be added by advancing project, say over a 2 year period, there is a stack of work to be done at mooiplats.

bit more to play out though but cant see any get rich quick options, but then again i am just speculating.
