If you are holding now you should be holding it hoping for the prospect of an agitator like Geoff Wilson turning up and changing the manager and restoring value. If you are hoping the team will start to deliver returns that's a tough ask given it's not the same team that gave us the strong returns of the past. ALF is a people business. When the people change, the performance changes as we can see clearly.
